Orchard Path - Apple Valley, MinnesotaOrchard Path


Orchard Path, the newest Presbyterian Homes senior living community in Minnesota, opened its doors to independent living residents in spring 2018. SHP Marketing will continue work through the coming months to complete reservations for the assisted living and memory care living options. Situated on the western shoreline of Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley, Minnesota, the community features 115 senior apartments, 58 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care suites and a town center.



 

Fairway Knoll - Germantown, WisconsinFairway Knoll


Construction on Fairway Knoll began in spring 2017. Located adjacent to Blackstone Creek Golf Club, this new community will include 92 senior apartments, 42 assisted living apartments, 18 memory care suites and town center amenities. Senior living apartments will open in June 2018 with the remainder of the project opening in fall 2018.





 

Inniswood Village - Westerville, OhioInniswood Village


Construction for Inniswood Village, developed for National Church Residences, got underway in summer 2016 and is set to open in May 2018. The community features 40 brownstones, 80 senior apartments, 52 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory care suites. SHP Marketing will continue on the project through the assisted living and memory care fill stages.








 

Redevelopment Projects

 

GracePointe Crossing - Cambridge, MinnesotaGracePointe Crossing construction


This redevelopment includes construction of 50 new senior apartments and a new care center at the location west of the Rum River. Senior apartments opened in January 2018 with the remaining care center and town center to be completed in May 2018. The project will connect the current assisted living apartments to consolidate amenities and services to enrich community life.

Construction on a new 72-suite care center and an additional 63 senior apartments began in Spring 2017. The project also includes a renovation and expansion of the town center.
