Submit your email address with the specific search settings or keywords you are looking for, and an email will be sent to you when a new opening is posted that matches your criteria. You can update your subscriptions anytime.

Interviewing Process with PHS

Q. How does the recruitment process work at PHS?
A. We have a Centralized Recruiting Department for many roles: Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), RN, LPN, Clinical Coordinator, Trained Medication Assistant (TMA), Server/Dietary Aide, and Cook/Chef. If you apply for one of these roles, a Recruiter will reach out to you via email or phone with next steps in the process.

All other positions are managed at each community directly through the Human Resources department. You may be contacted via phone or email for these positions if your qualifications match the needs of the community.

Q. How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made?
A. If you are working with the Centralized Recruiting Department, your Recruiter can help you understand the specific timeline for the opening you've applied for. You should hear back from the team via phone or email with a status update within a week of your interview.

If you are working with the community directly, the Hiring Manager and/or Human Resources department will follow up with you in a timely manner via phone or email after all interviews have been completed.
