Apply Online What it takes Current NAR Certification or a Nurse licensure in the state you will work and at least 6 months of experience in a health care setting. Able and willing to travel to communities within a 30 mile radius of your home. Full Time employees must be available a minimum of 60 hours per two week pay period, have regular and predictable schedule availability, and be flexible and able to adapt to changing staffing needs. On-Call employees must work a minimum of 5 shifts a month, including one weekend shift. Premium Pay In addition to our standard hourly rate of pay you will receive Central Staffing Premium Pay as follows: Nursing Assistant $30/shift LPN $45/shift RN $60/shift Mileage Reimbursement You will receive mileage reimbursement for any miles driven beyond your home PHS location (determined at hire). Extra Travel Pay Extra Travel Pay of $50 per round trip for shifts worked at communities more than 30 miles from your home .
