Does the idea of running and not growing weary, or even the thought of walking without growing faint appeal to you? While we can’t promise either on this side of heaven, through our Wings® wellness program we do strive to bring hope and encouragement on your journey to renew your strength and enrich your life.
Our Wings wellness program aims at providing you with the opportunity to improve your personal wellness in a supportive atmosphere. It is a holistic wellness program that represents the culmination of many years of thoughtful consultation with seniors, staff and national wellness experts.
To achieve optimal wellness, we focus on six key areas of your health: social, emotional, spiritual, physical, intellectual and vocational. These wellness areas are upheld in a variety of ways, including the following:
- Professional on-site staff
- Intellectually stimulating programs and events
- Spiritual care with on-site pastors
- Volunteer opportunities
- Wings Wellness Centers
- A variety of group classes such as yoga, strength, Pilates and aquatic (in communities with a pool)
