Media Guidelines

Staff, volunteer and resident contact
Please contact us to schedule an interview with a Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) resident, volunteer or staff member using the Media Inquiry form. Please provide us with your deadline so we can do our best to accommodate your request in a timely manner.

Staff, volunteer and resident information release required for interviews, videos and photos
To protect the privacy of PHS residents, clients, volunteers and staff, PHS must receive written consent of those involved before any interviews, photographs or videos begin. Every effort will be made to secure these releases prior to your visit or interview. Please notify us if you know the name of the person(s) you wish to include in your coverage.

Community and property visits
We welcome you to visit PHS communities, but a representative from PHS must be present to escort you around the premises at all times, for safety and privacy purposes. If you are interested in coming to one of our communities or properties, please fill out the Media Inquiry form.

Use of name and logo

The official name of the organization is Presbyterian Homes & Services, using the ampersand. On second reference, the organization may be called PHS.

All PHS communities have unique names that should be used when referring to a specific location.

The logo is the official symbol used to represent PHS owned and operated communities. Partnered communities may have their own unique logos. An electronic file of a logo with guidelines for use may be requested by contacting [email protected].
