We are excited to announce that the new Presbyterian Homes & Services website (plus 45 community specific websites) is now LIVE! 

A key upgrade of the new website is improved functionality for users on mobile devices including tablets and smartphones.

“More and more people go online to do their research and now a lot of that searching is done on a tablet or smartphone. Our previous website, which originally launched in 2010, wasn’t very mobile friendly,” said Darcy DeMars, Director of Digital Marketing & Communication, who led the project.

In addition to becoming mobile friendly, the new website creates an online experience much like when people visit and tour one of our communities in person. Some people may feel unsure about which living or care option is right for them or a loved one. The website home page welcomes them with a care questionnaire to help guide their journey, as well as an overview of the continuum of living and care options offered at our communities. Lively and colorful images and video portray the richness of our ministry and community life for residents and employees. Visitors to the site can also view community calendars, newsletters and menus.

We’ve added information about successful aging for people who hope to stay in their current home, the benefits of moving to a senior living community and resources like how to help aging parents. Our mission at PHS is to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults – and that isn't limited to the older adults who live in our communities. We want to be a resource to older adults and their families no matter where they live.

“I’m most excited about the care questionnaire and the addition of pricing information on the new website. We know pricing is often the first question people ask, so we want to be upfront and open about the cost,” said DeMars.

Living Option Brochures, typically given out during an in-person meeting or tour, are now available for download on the website. The print friendly brochure provides pricing, floor plan options, and a detailed list of amenities. Our goal is to be transparent with information for prospective customers, family members and others.
