Congratulations to our 2021 CROSS Award recipients at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS)! In its third year, the CROSS Awards are presented to five PHS employees nominated by coworkers, residents or friends for demonstrating our CROSS values.
Today we celebrate our CROSS Award recipient for Ready & Engaged People! Tiffany Radnich is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and trained medication aide (TMA) at Highland Ridge in Williamsburg, IA.
Having joined in 2012, Tiffany is nearing her 10-year milestone of caring, compassionate service to older adults with PHS.
Her experience enables her to spring to action — whatever need may arise in the neighborhood. “Tiffany is quick to respond to the radio and follows through on any unanswered calls to assure others that assistance is on the way,” a teammate wrote in her nomination.
Whether the first to answer a radio call, to dispense medications as a TMA or to welcome and train a new nursing assistant, Tiffany’s flexibility and can-do spirit elevates the entire team.

Teammates feel empowered by her example of taking advantage of opportunities to learn and grow over the years.
“Wise,” “trusted” and “thorough” are words used to describe Tiffany. “Tiffany is someone I look up to and go to for help and advice,” one says. “She is a rockstar model for all.”
A nursing assistant, new to PHS, wrote about Tiffany’s example with gratitude, “I have been a part of health care for many years and am honored to be a part of this community of caregivers.”
On receiving a CROSS Award, Tiffany said, “I just have to say thank you so, so much to all my awesome coworkers. I definitely couldn’t have gotten this award without them! I work with some of the best people, and I wish I could share my award with them! Thank you again – it really means so much to me!”
