“A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” – John 13:34-35

The 2022 Annual Report, released this month, provides an overview of Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) activities, services and resources. Dan Lindh, president and CEO, and John Clymer, board chair, open the report with a letter offering an overview of the year.

In this letter they write, “As we look back at 2022, we affirm that we are, indeed, God’s beloved children – intimately known and eternally loved in Christ. Our journey has not been without challenges, but we know that God faithfully walked with us, guiding our steps in serving older adults.”

Highlights of the report include stories about a resident benefiting from PHS therapy services; PHS residents creating a supportive, caring environment through their love of woodworking; and stories of employees who embody the mission of PHS in their individual roles. The report also details PHS financial results, stewardship of resources and information regarding how and where we serve.

“God proved faithful,” conclude Dan and John, “by enabling Presbyterian Homes and Services to maintain stability amidst challenging market and environmental conditions.”

PHS is pleased to share this annual publication with the readers of the Perspectives Blog.
