COVID-19 Updates

You want to be in a place where community life is vibrant, families can visit residents and there is freedom to live well – safely. Learn more about
Our Safer Approach.
COVID Vaccine
We encourage all residents and staff to get the COVID-19 vaccination.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) no longer mandates COVID vaccination for employees, volunteers and contract service providers in health care settings.
Visitors
Visitors are no longer required to wear masks in communities where there are no cases of COVID. However, if community transmission risk is elevated, visitors may be asked to wear masks. In all communities visitors are asked to practice other infection control measures per CDC/health department guidance.
We ask that visitors
not enter if diagnosed with COVID in the past 14 days, or have had close unprotected contact with someone who tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days, or have COVID symptoms including fever, new cough, or new difficulty breathing.
Testing and Prevention
We continue to adhere to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention following health department guidance. This includes hand hygiene, PPE, regular surface disinfection, and COVID-19 testing as recommended.
